We professionally designed a double-sided quick print celebrating our department's Top 10 “The Greatness That Is Us” Team Success Statements and distributed it to all the staff, and throughout the office area.

We designated a “Wall of Fun” in the staff room and randomly scattered pictures of the staff from birthday celebrations, workplace events, to just silly shots.

We immediately scheduled staff meetings that included everyone's involvement and participation on how to plan and implement Team & Individual Actions from our Team Building Workshop.
ASSIST Community Services Centre

We wanted to better understand each other's job positions, functions and duties, while demonstrating appreciation for one another. So, we scheduled Job Shadowing opportunities amongst our Team Members and had a great experience doing it.

We now listen, discuss and decide as a group. The workplace has become a much calmer place where negativity has no home. We support one another through all the issues - there's a high level of team trust.

We continued our team commitment to the Agile Principles and invited Robert to our workplace for an amazing, creative and inspiring demonstration of that commitment.
